Put your name and links on your photos
The sign is a small box with a dark background. It can hold your avatar, a title line and your links. You make the sign once, then add it to as many photos as you like.
When people share your photos, the sign shows who made them and where to find you.
Step by step:
- Fill in your sign. Add an avatar, a title and your links.
- Click Generate Sign. A preview appears under the form.
- Choose a position. Pick the corner where the sign goes.
- Add your photos. Drag them into the drop zone or click Browse Files.
- Download. Click Download under each photo.
Good to know:
- The drop zone shows up only after you generate a sign.
- You can add several photos at once.
- Click the X on a photo to remove it from the list.
Optional. We crop it to a square and show it as a small picture on the left. Keep it under 5 MB.
Optional. One line in white, up to 200 characters.
Required. Put one link on each line. They show in light grey under the title.
How dark the box behind your text is. 0 is see-through and 1 is solid black. The default is 0.85.
The sign sits in one corner of the photo. You can pick bottom left, bottom right, top left or top right. Bottom left is the default.
- If you change the position, the photos already in the list update to match.
- On photos wider than 1200 pixels, the sign grows with the photo so it stays easy to read.
- Your photo keeps its original size.
- Each result is saved as a PNG file named watermarked_ plus your original file name.
PNG files can be larger than the JPG you started with.
No. The sign is added to your photos inside your browser. The photos never leave your device.
Only the sign details go to our server, so we can draw the sign: your avatar, title, links and opacity. If you save a sign to your account, we keep those details and the finished sign with it.
Failed to generate sign:
- Make sure the Links field is not empty.
- Check that your avatar is an image file under 5 MB.
- Keep the opacity between 0 and 1.
- Keep the title under 200 characters.
Photos don't appear:
- Generate a sign first. The drop zone stays hidden until you do.
- Only image files are used. Other files are skipped.
- Large photos can take a moment. Wait for the spinner to finish.
Without an account
- Make a sign and use it right away
- The sign is not saved. You fill in the form again next time.
Free account
- Save as many signs as you want, each with its own name
- Edit or delete a saved sign from My Signs
- Pick a saved sign from a list and drop in your photos
Once you sign in, the Watermark Tool opens in your dashboard. Create a sign there first. A saved sign needs an avatar and a title.
